Using the site means you accept these terms. We've tried to keep them simple and clear.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using bashmobarmeg.com or any Bashmobarmeg services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Services
Bashmobarmeg provides digital development services (code, design, marketing, automation). Scope, Timeline, and price are defined in a separate contract for each project.
3. Sprints and pricing
- Prices shown on the site are "starting from" — final price is determined after understanding the full Scope.
- Sprints have defined duration and clear Deliverables. Anything outside Scope is priced before execution.
- Payment usually: 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% on delivery.
4. Intellectual property rights
- The code we deliver: yours completely after payment. You can modify it, distribute it, or use it any way.
- Designs and Brand Identity: yours completely after payment. All Source Files delivered.
- Frameworks and Libraries: like React, Next.js, etc. — open source under their own Licenses.
- Bashmobarmeg reserves the right to showcase the project in our Portfolio (unless agreed otherwise).
5. SLA and Support
- We respond to your messages within 24 hours on business days.
- Every project gets 3 months of free Support after delivery (Bug fixes only).
- Additional changes after delivery at a price agreed upon.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel the project at any time, but amounts paid up to that point are non-refundable (since work was done).
- If we have to cancel (very rare), we refund your money completely.
7. Liability
Bashmobarmeg commits to the highest professional standards, but liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for any indirect losses (such as lost profits, lost customers).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is resolved by mutual agreement first, and if not possible, through the competent courts in Giza.
9. Changes to terms
If we change the terms, we'll update the date. Continued use of the site after the update means acceptance of the new terms.
